Welders
We have a strong team of experienced welders with specialized skills
Our welders perform professional and quality-assured work all over the world. We often work with welds on special structures, such as boilers, tanks, steel structures and pressure pipes.
The work we do often requires specialized skills and extra safety. That's why we constantly focus on upskilling and educating our welders at our own training center.

Technical insulators
Extensive experience with tailor-made insulation solutions and cladding on large projects
DMA's insulators insulate everything from pipes and vessels to boiler, ventilation and technical installations on a daily basis - especially for industry.
Insulators have in-depth knowledge of insulation materials, insulation methods and installation in virtually the entire insulation spectrum, which is crucial for the result, for the subsequent energy costs and for your CO2 emissions.
Insulators are also trained for specialized tasks, especially in the energy sector. They therefore carry out insulation on power plants, heating plants, ships and much more. All insulation work is based on drawings and work descriptions or our customers' supervision.

Our blacksmiths are well trained and have specialized professional skills
Drawing on their broad experience, they help with innovative solutions for your installations. They are committed, have a high work ethic and are meticulous. This means they are recognized for the quality and results of their work.
DMA fitters are well trained in a wide range of areas such as pipes, mechanical installations and steel structures from drawings and descriptions. They are continuously tested at our training center, often work together with welders, are flexible and solve any challenges that may arise. Both blacksmiths and fitters have knowledge of all common and applicable pipe standards and materials as well as the necessary techniques, methods and procedures.
Electricians

High demands are placed on the execution of electrical installations. Our electricians are well trained and certified and meet the best international standards. They have extensive experience with all types of electrical installations. They are experts in providing the best solutions for reliable production for the benefit of you as a customer and the climate.
We provide ongoing training so that our electricians are always at the forefront of electrical engineering developments and current legislation.
